The car was in the service center longer than we initially thought as it ended up being a major repair. The service advisor, Charlie, kept me informed throughout the process and was always availabl initially thought as it ended up being a major repair. The service advisor, Charlie, kept me informed throughout the process and was always available if I had questions. The paperwork and everything else was ready to go when we picked up the car. The car was clean inside and out when we picked it up. No one likes to have their car in service for almost 3 weeks, however under the circumstances, the process went as smooth as possible.
