I went just to test drive an XT5 for the first time and ended up purchasing the vehicle. Mark was very professional, communicated well and assisted me through the process. Pleasant, fast and efficient. I pulled into the service entrance at my appointed time for my 15,000 mile checkup. After confirming what was to be done with Charlie Youngquist, I was courteously directed to a customer waiting and work area where I could be productive. Over an hour later, Charlie found me there and we wrapped things up -- but not until after I had wandered the showroom floor to admire the models.
