After confirming what was to be done with Charlie Youngquist, I was courteously directed to a customer waiting and work area where I could be productive. Over an hour later, Charlie found me there and we wrapped things up -- but not until after I had wandered the showroom floor to admire the models. Riley was great, also got me the missing car manual that was not in the car.
