I have had two issues which required warranty work on my 2018 XT5. The first was resolved easily, the second issue was more complex. I was accommodated on both. They were very supportive and friendly in attempting to rectify my problem. They said they hoped the fix they tried will correct the problem but to come back if it does not. I appreciated that they were willing to try a fix, even though it is not certain that it will be successful. I am hopeful. They sincerely tried to find the solution and I find that commendable. More
