Every person I talked with from the service writer to the shuttle driver and cashier were very pleasant. The only reason I gave it a four star review is because I dropped my car at 11:30 on Monday and by 11:30 on Wednesday they hadn’t even looked at it yet and I had hoped that they could diagnose the problem order parts and repair the truck by Friday but since they didn’t even figure out the problem until late Wednesday afternoon I had to pick the truck up Thursday morning without the repair completed since parts had to come from Michigan. Since I live quite a distance from the Cadillac dealership and there isn’t one closer I know we need to make a second appointment I’ll have the repair done by someone else. More
