I am currently in the process of moving, and was notified that my XT5 was due for an oil change, so I made an appointment (at my convenience) to have that performed at my dealership. Despite traffic and det that my XT5 was due for an oil change, so I made an appointment (at my convenience) to have that performed at my dealership. Despite traffic and detours I arrived a few minutes early and in discussion with Jeff, we decided to pick a service interval which also included changing the cabin air filter and rotating the tires. Since I had not planned on doing the tire rotation the key for the wheel lug locks was buried beneath a load of "stuff" (remember the part about my moving?) and the professional service people at Luther were able to work around the bags, boxes & crates and get the key so that the tires were rotated, and the remaining tread reported to me at pick up. The entire service was professionally completed and my vehicle was hand washed and ready almost 20 minutes before it was promised. That is real service. My thanks to Jeff and his team for taking such good care of my Cadillac, and me. More
