My car had problems with start, first time I went they switched batteries but before that when I was there for oil change the batterie tested good. But the problem never result, so I brought car back in switched batteries but before that when I was there for oil change the batterie tested good. But the problem never result, so I brought car back in for 4days , never found out any problems until my car died again , so the third time Finally fix the start , I used very loyal for this location and big fund for Cadillac, but those three time coast me around $1500, I’m a bit not happy for that . Should find out the problem at first time then I don’t have to spend that couple hundred. No one’s money came from the sky , I just wish in the future they can do better service for the car . More

I haven’t met the guy but he denied doing work on my new Camaro I bought from Luther. My dream car no doubt!! Car ran so bad when I started it on the show floor, I shut it off and refused to test drive unti Camaro I bought from Luther. My dream car no doubt!! Car ran so bad when I started it on the show floor, I shut it off and refused to test drive until they checked it out. The next time I came to drive it it seemed to run ok and the sales person suggested to just drive it and it would clear up. When Car didn’t run better I quickly alerted the salesman so he could have it looked at. They replace a spark plug and wire and returned the car 5 days later. The car still, didn’t run right. They delayed on getting me in for a second look and now are telling me everything is ok now that the warranty expired. They even sold the car to me with winter tires which is very unsafe with a car with 455 hrs power. After almost losing control around a corner I quickly brought it into my tire guy and. He told me the news. Now the dealer is mad because I’m calling them out careless sale of a car with engine problems. Hopefully they address this problem better in the future. More
