Charlie is awesome. When I ask a question, there is no hesitation, he has the answer. I left a message on his voicemail, he replied back with the answer. They cleaned up the outside of the car and cleaned up the inside, both the driver and passenger side, especially the carpet and the mats. This time of year it's a lot of work. Even down to the invoice, it's very detailed on what was done, which does include a cost and it's a fair price. Now here's another kicker!! They had a courtesy car, and wait a minute I'm not done yet. They picked up my vehicle at our house dropped off the courtesy car and and when they were done with the work, they brought my car back and picked up the courtesy car at no cost. Wow! Hey if I was singing karaoke and I did this great of a job, I would drop the mic and walk off the stage! Ha!! -). Seriously, they say what they're going to do. Then they do what they say.
