I have been taking my truck here for 10 years - since I purchased it from here. This is the first time I have ever received my vehicle back unwashed. And received 3 phone calls in less than two hours with purchased it from here. This is the first time I have ever received my vehicle back unwashed. I'm usually very happy, though sometimes I get treated like I have no idea how to work on a vehicle so I have to remind people (i.e. TPM sensors should attempt a reset before you tell a guest to replace/they're broken), this time the simplest thing such as a car wash, yes, disappointed me for the amount of money I spent that day. Setup an appointment to get the CUE screen fixed on my car. Communication was great. Service was fast. The car was quickly picked up Friday, worked on Saturday and returned Tuesday. I am usually satisfied with the service, however, this time I was disappointed in the scheduling of my service. During a routine maintenance, they found a part that needed to be replaced, I made an appoi time I was disappointed in the scheduling of my service. During a routine maintenance, they found a part that needed to be replaced, I made an appointment 9 business days later to have that work done, I found out that the parts hadn’t even been ordered so I had to wait an additional day so the part could be sent overnight from Detroit. Very inconvenient for me and the service department!! More
