Had a good experience with a warranty replacement. Took awhile for the parts to arrive due to covid but communication over the months was good, deadlines were extended. Charlie was great!!! He was very friendly, professional and seemed to genuinely care about me as a client. Not to turn anything negative but forcing a 25 word minimum is not very customer centric. My vehicle problem was not solved. So therefore, I paid for a towing charge and diagnostic fee and came home with the same problem existing. When I pulled in there was a woman that was on the phone speaking with someone else in another language about the price of her repair and arguing with the person that greets you when you bring your car in f speaking with someone else in another language about the price of her repair and arguing with the person that greets you when you bring your car in for service. I felt bad as I have always had my good, honest service there. This rang true when 15 minutes later I was told my oil leak was residue from perhaps the filter being turned the wrong way before the proper way when it way put on at my previous oil change. They cleaned it up and I was on my way, free of charge!! More
