The appointment scheduling was great. The pick up and delivery was great. Jerry was very pleasant. I was disappointed to not have my car washed. That seems odd as the driver picked up and returned my car and I am sure the service techs had to get in and out of my car as well. I had a Lincoln previous to my Cadillac and got my car washed always and whenever I wanted to stop through. More

My appt was at 8:30 and was waited on by Charlie as soon as I pulled in. Wrote up estimate and we agreed upon the estimate. Very courteous and listened to my concerns. Was given a loaner and everything w as I pulled in. Wrote up estimate and we agreed upon the estimate. Very courteous and listened to my concerns. Was given a loaner and everything went smoothly and I was on my way home in approximately 15 minutes. My vehicle was ready earlier than originally thought and I had the invoice in email which ended up a bit lower than estimate. Everything was taken care of and I was on my way in about 10 minutes.
