This review needs to go to directly to you so I an express my EXTREME happiness with your dealership and EVERYONE with in. I spend/t a variety of amounts in your service department. My vehicles are well known by the entire staff. I wanted to tell you directly that EVERY single time I enter your dealership, everyone is exceptional. Not just polite and professional, but just plain kind. Over the past two years, I have written a slew of reviews expounding on your staff’s perfection. This past visit was so phenomenal, I thought I would write you directly. (Hopefully, this letter reaches you). I have a 2009 Hummer H2, special edition with 48,000 miles on it. It is beautiful. It has become a celebrity in the service department. I request Jeff to service it every time. Randy, Charlie, and Abe always use kid gloves when it comes in. It is the toughest vehicle I own butt is babied the most. lolo I brought the truck in for some minor lights to be swapped out. No damage, just years of sun fading. (Florida truck originally). Dave in parts found the lights. He is a magician. This truck has so many parts that have been discontinued it is almost impossible to find at least 50% of what I request. Dave keeps finding them. Over and over. I rave about your service and parts department to everyone, but keep Dave, my Hummer parts guy, a guarded secret. The first miracle was when I bought the truck, I noticed a water stain and cigarette burns in the head liner. DAVE FOUND A NOS HEAD LINER. I almost fell over. I don’t know how he does it. Jeff/Randy/Charlie installed it with a few other guys to help. Additional minor upgrades have been going on and on for over a year to make the truck perfect, since it is such a low mileage gem. The actual reason I wrote to you is to tell you about a part your entire staff found for me. No one could find it. It just did not exist. I have searched for this cosmetic part for going on 2 years. A few might show up on ebay but are severely damaged. Restoration is not possible. The truck is near perfect, so the cosmetic interior part too, had to be perfect. When I rolled in to the dealership the lenses were swapped out, (Dave again found them) I explained the situation about the interior Part I had been looking for. I had never brought it up because I knew it was impossible to find. For some reason, I told Perry, Dave, Randy, Charlie, Abe , Jeff and anyone who would listen to me. “If they could find one I would pay for a great one”. They all wrote it down or took note. My service was finished quickly, and I was extremely happy as usual and left. A few hours later, I received a call from Randy. He and Perry and god only knows how many other employees found the nonexistent part. Not just the part, but a perfect one. I almost fell over. Randy said if I wanted to drive back in that day, they would put it in. They know how anal I am about this truck. I was on my way. I live about an hour from your dealership. I did not care!! lol WHO DOES THAT!!! When I pulled in with my hummer. Nothing but smiling faces. They all new. I silently waited to see the part. Randy walked around the corner with it. I looked at it and could not believe it was not NOS. I almost fell over; it was as perfect as they stated. Perry and Randy headed this part sourcing adventure. Please acknowledge them and let them know they made my week with that part. (again, searched for it for over a year). These guys are spectacular. Mr. Luther, your staff is ALWAYS OUTSTANDING, and have never let me down. In fact, they spoil me rotten when I come in. The cashier ladies are so much fun. They know I joke about everything, so they step right up and have me laughing by the time I check out no matter what my bill. There are not enough words to express how special your staff is. All the sales staff, wash guys, body shop, parts, service, etc….. are exceptional. Perry always makes time to say hi and chat when he can. He is never too busy. The service, parts and cashiers are my favorite. I cannot say enough phenomenal things about them. I have rambled on long enough. The bottom line is that your entire dealership goes above and beyond every time to take fantastic care of me. Especially when they did not need to. I had my car in for parking sensor mishap, not working correctly going off at intersections. Service department did find the problem but kind of laid it on me because Cadillac wasn’t going to pay for serv correctly going off at intersections. It turned out it was a license plate frame that I bought from Cadillac and that was causing false signals. Randy kind of let me hang on the phone about who was going to pay for it, I did not appreciate The way it was presented to me. So your service department did take care of the problems with no charges to me which I do appreciate and hopefully it is the problem time will tell. Just didn’t like the way it was handled. As I told Randy it’s a new Cadillac I bought a new Cadillac part from your parts department I do believe Cadillac should be responsible. More

Masks Service, as always, is great. However, I am not coming back during the pandemic unless you require customers to wear masks. What good does it do to Service, as always, is great. What good does it do to have employees wear masks if the customers are wandering around in the waiting rooms without masks. A person spends more time in the waiting room where the possibility of transmission is higher, then in the brief interactions with the service providers. I would imagine that most of your customers are older, making masking and social distancing even more important. More
