Check Engine Light Just brought my car in to get the service engine light checked and mirrors won't reset after backing up all the way. and the when backing up the break Just brought my car in to get the service engine light checked and mirrors won't reset after backing up all the way. and the when backing up the breaking system will make the car stop for no reason. Before I got there i fixed the engine light problem the gas tank was not tight so the engine light was on the other two problem they said they could not have happen when they tested but it has still happened since I brought home. Wow! Luther Cadillac Service always goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. We recently had our Escalade in for service. Randy and Abe were very helpful with arranging a courtesy beyond to make sure you are taken care of. We recently had our Escalade in for service. Randy and Abe were very helpful with arranging a courtesy loaner, a brand new 2020 Escalade! We were able to use the loaner while our truck was being repaired. Excellent. Good job of fixing a defective part My only dealings with this department was to repair a defective headlight assembly on a used car that my daughter bought. The service people where pro My only dealings with this department was to repair a defective headlight assembly on a used car that my daughter bought. The service people where professional and made the repair in about half the time that they anticipated. Unfortunately this repair should have been preformed when we informed the sales department of the issue. We had to battle over social media to get the problem solved. The service department was great, but used sales folks where less than expected. More

I got some guy in Minneapolis who said they’re too busy in Roseville to answer the phone and he couldn’t do anything because his computer didn’t work I ended up calling my salesman and made the appointment that way. The people in the service department itself are wonderful they explain everything and call you when your car is ready. I have been going to the Roseville store and bought many Cadillacs from them. Your Phones need to be updated so that the computers work. It’s not the guys fault that are in the service department. More

Service was great! I do however have a couple coments. In the past my car was washed before I picked it up which was really nice!
