Service was excellent All issues on the vehicle were resolved. One we had been living with for 2 years. We are very pleased with the excellent service. My only concern was that no one (except me) was wearing a mask. As I understand masks, I don't wear one for me, I wear it for you. None of the customers I saw had masks on either. I have been at home for 2 1/2 months. I've gone to the grocery store twice and Menards twice. All employees at both locations had masks on and 90 to 95% of customers had masks on. More
Never fixed wind noise on 65k new vehicle I purchased. 3 times it has been in and nothing done. Dealer stated they would advise Cadillac of defective issue and offered nothing else or compensation.
