Disappointed I brought my 2018 CTS in for a 2nd time for a noise/squeaking concern. After 2 1/2 hour wait, I was told it was fixed. I drove it out of the service I brought my 2018 CTS in for a 2nd time for a noise/squeaking concern. After 2 1/2 hour wait, I was told it was fixed. I drove it out of the service department and immediately knew that it was not. I demanded that a technician ride with me to hear the problem. He agreed that it is a problem and was not fixed. My issue is, I don't believe they drove it before they tried to find the problem. I was given a loaner. If the service dept can't get the part needed, I was told it could take up to 2 weeks. More
