The nicest thing is that we weren't pressured into having more done to our car than we came to do. We waited in the waiting area complete with a wonderful coffee machine and snacks. Helpful and accommodating. Had a transmission problem (a shuttering while shifting into 3rd and 4th). Set up an appointment for Friday at 8:15 am, brought car in with a quick ch Had a transmission problem (a shuttering while shifting into 3rd and 4th). Set up an appointment for Friday at 8:15 am, brought car in with a quick check in with Charlie Youngquist (assistant service manager). Was offered a shuttle ride where I needed to go, but already had someone coming, but nice service anyway. Had to get ahold of Charlie later in the day (text) and ask for an update, he got back to me quickly and told me the transmission specialist was busy and could not get to it that day, and it being Friday labor day weekend I would not get it looked at until Tuesday. I asked for a loaner car for the weekend which he answered back if I came in tomorrow in the a.m. and talked to Abe (I did not catch his last name) another service manager he could help me out. They gave me a very nice 2019 Cadillac XT4 for the weekend, that being said Tuesday came and I was at work got a text around 11:30am and let me know what they were going to do about my car and by 2pm my car was serviced and ready to be picked up. The service people that were in contact with me were very helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. More
