We hate having to come here for service. To the point that we will not be buying or releasing a Ford because we do not want to deal with them. The service itself isn’t bad but there is one receptionist t that we will not be buying or releasing a Ford because we do not want to deal with them. The tech did not test drive the vehicle. Said he fixed it. Next day, the same issue has come up. Not happy with no test drive, the weather was not that great in the morning, but it was not bad enough th it. Next day, the same issue has come up. By the way, I am Daniel, Grant's father, he is the one who dropped it off and picked it up. FYI, yesterday he drove it on the Interstate and the issue did not present itself.
