I had a small paint issue on the new F-150 I purchased from Luther Family Ford. The problem involved having to repaint the tailgate. The Service Manager, Brad could not have been more professional, helpfu from Luther Family Ford. The problem involved having to repaint the tailgate. He arranged a loaner truck for me and delivery and pick up of my truck to and from the Luther collision center. The re-paint was excellent. I can’t give higher marks to Luther service and to Brad. Luther Family Ford, Fargo, is a fantastic dealership. I wish I had purchased all af my vehicles through the years from them. I will do so in the future! More

I am satisfied with the prompt & efficient service. However, I am really tired of receiving multiple surveys after the appointment. The Surveys are taking up more of my time than the service service. It blew me away. My truck stalled on the highway. As I was waiting for a tow truck I called them and they said they were booking about a week out. I wasn't going to argue. Live in rural North Dakota and as we drove into town the change oil light came on. Drove right up to quick lane. Only one car in front of us at 10am on a Saturday.
