Dropped my truck off for a noise I heard going down the road. It was faint but wanted to get it checked out. They had 2 or three people drive it and all came to the same conclusion. Nothing abnormal. I had noticed my pickup (with small camper on it) was not level, but 1.5 inches lower on driver side. When I took the pickup in for oil change etc., I asked them to look at the rear suspension while it was level, but 1.5 inches lower on driver side. When I took the pickup in for oil change etc., I asked them to look at the rear suspension while it was up on the rack. They told me that the camper was 1/4 " closer to the left side and there was nothing wrong with the suspension. I WAS SHOCKED when I got the bill and they charged me $65 for glancing at the leaf springs!! Then, to top it off, as I was driving home I noticed that they had failed to reset my dashboard "oil change required" sign!! (NOT the first time that has happened). Mechanics told me my tire was unfixable, so I brought it to a tire shop and they fixed it. Also the mechanics were unable to read my check engine light and gave little to no explanation as to why.
