Price I actually took it to another place to get fixed and he told me I needed both shocks in the back fixed for less than one fixed by Luther Ford. He charged me $600 for 2 and Luther Ford was charging me $700 for one. He also said that I would be back within a few months to get the other one fixed because it was bad also. Luther never said that to me. Doesn't leave very good trust in Luther. Terry at Luther who we worked with at the service center is always nice and helpful whenever we do bring our vehicle in for service. Need to give him a good word. More

Two issues, one resolved. I brought it in to get a rear window defrost and a issue with a door looked at.
