After paying online the key was to be locked in my car. I would bring my extra key to pick up my vehicle. These instructions were on the work order but were not followed through. After a phone call, a request via text message and an email, the staff did accommodate me and did what I originally had arranged for. Service work on May 22,2020 The service rep was very friendly and helpful. The work was finished in less time than the estimate so this saved me half an hour of waiting time.
