Didn't Believe Me I brought in my pick up for an extended warranty claim. 36K out of warranty rear camera failed on a few occasions and I took a photo. I showed it to I brought in my pick up for an extended warranty claim. 36K out of warranty rear camera failed on a few occasions and I took a photo. I showed it to my service writer Brian who said, "how do we know this is your pick up and not your brothers" inferring I was lying. Another item was fixed but the camera fault was not able to be replicated. Mechanic wrote in his report "suspect rerar camera is going out" but was not replaced.. Needless to say after buying 2 vehicles from LFF I was not impressed being inferred as someone who was not telling the truth. Again, a photo was taken of the camera and shown to service writer. I suppose LFF wants me to drive my vehicle in reverse when camera goes out all the way to their service center and have them come out and look at it because if put in park camera would shut off. More
