A very happy customer! I originally brought my Yukon in for service to a Chevy dealership close to my house. Even though my vehicle's mileage had just passed the warranty, I originally brought my Yukon in for service to a Chevy dealership close to my house. Even though my vehicle's mileage had just passed the warranty, the dealership stated there was nothing they could do and the cost would be nearly $1000. So, we took the car to Luther Hudson Chevy instead and they were wonderful from start to finish. Even though the dealership is nearly an hour away from our house, Luther did everything they could to get the car fixed at a reasonable price. They even reached out to GM and GM agreed to cover the majority of the repair cost being that the warranty had just expired. Worth the drive and we will be trusting Luther Chevy for our future vehicle repair needs. Thank you so much! More

I do not trust Luther anymore. The Clock was milked for $253 of labor for diagnostics. Then I received a laundry list of simple repairs that were insultingly overpriced. I have been going here for about 7 months now. Some of my service has been simple oil changes, other has been diagnoses or repairs on my timing belt. I can say in all my times they have told me what I should service has been simple oil changes, other has been diagnoses or repairs on my timing belt. I can say in all my times they have told me what I should do but tell me other stuff can wait when I might not be able to afford it. I’ve worked with about 5 advisers and they all have been friendly and happy to help! I think there pricing has been fair considering you get OEM parts and not after market stuff and has a better warranty. I can not say enough positive stuff about these guys and gals! More
