Everyone was incredibly kind. Service isn’t the cheapest however it’s very necessary. Susan was able to help me get the tires I needed all while being able to do it on a budget. Brought in 2017 Silverado LTZ For a recall on the brake vacuum Motor, Service tech did not clean up the oil off the shield, left a good size oil spot on my garage floor and did something with the power ste vacuum Motor, Service tech did not clean up the oil off the shield, left a good size oil spot on my garage floor and did something with the power steering rod had to bring back for another day of service, Nick was good about giving me a loaner Yukon for the weekend as I was going up to Brainerd, it was all good stuff happens, I will definitely be back! Braydon was phenomenal. Knew his stuff about the truck and his personality made me make an offer on the vehicle. He no doubt has lots of success in his future, whether selling cars or doing anything else. and his personality made me make an offer on the vehicle. He no doubt has lots of success in his future, whether selling cars or doing anything else. The manager, Tony Stark, however, was horrible at his job. He killed the sale completely. Would not drop a dollar from price on the window sticker. I was planning to pay cash but manager refused to even consider throwing in a measly set of splash guards, claiming he could not negotiate whatsoever for fear of how such would negatively impact the dealership's reputation. I even suggested he could think about it over the weekend and I would still buy the following Monday morning, to no avail. As there are literally hundreds of Chevy 1500 double cabs for sale in the Twin Cities, I will gladly buy somewhere else where a sales manager actually understands how to close a sale. More
