Terrific Service! My husband went in with a question about our 2004 GMC Envoy. Nearly 6 months he had been struggling to find & trace the problem with the blower motor My husband went in with a question about our 2004 GMC Envoy. Nearly 6 months he had been struggling to find & trace the problem with the blower motor to keep running/working AFTER the vehicle would be xxxx off. Yes, first time it happened to any one was me & in the middle of the night while I was traveling! It was every. Problem became worse as time went to the point of leaving me stranded 4 times, The Service Advisor, Nick, looked up the blower motor, checked out the electrical & helped solve the problem within minutes. It took about another month yet I finally convinced my husband to let the service department do the work. Genie has a proper working blower motor due to amazing service team at this dealership! It was even affordable which so surprised my husband. I cannot say enough awesome things about your team as Marti checked me & made sure all was taken care so we could breeze in after work stopping at the cashier desk & BAM done in minutes.Having the door held open for us as we entered & exited the show room floor I felt we were royalty!
