They have an excellent Service Dept and all the staff there knew their stuff and the customer service is an A+ After I had some suspension issues taken care of on my certified vehicle. It was all covered under warranty and shuttle service was offered and vehicle done the same day. The car was washed and came back cleaned inside and out. I had the pleasure of dealing with the Service Manager Steve, this man is very knowledgeable of all the cars they sell and takes good care of all customers. Customer Service I found the perfect truck at the dealership unfortunately the truck was the only thing perfect. Reluctant to discuss much of anything over the phone, I found the perfect truck at the dealership unfortunately the truck was the only thing perfect. Reluctant to discuss much of anything over the phone, which is understandable as they want you in the dealership to close the deal, however, I had to drive 4 hours to get there so I was wanting a little more info over the phone than they were willing to give. The listed price of the truck was reasonable, however, they were unwilling to move at all on the price (selling 101 says let the customer feel as though they got something). Additionally, we were within $600 on coming to agreement on my trade in value which was already lower than two other dealerships were willing to give me and they were unwilling to move. Had I not drove 4 hours to get there I would have left without a purchase as I wasn't happy with my experience. Lastly, when I got the truck home I noticed the front tire was low on air pressure so I checked it only to find the tire a a plug in it. I called the dealership, they checked with the service department who stated "the truck went through service and a plug was not noted". With that they essentially did not believe I was telling the truth and said there was nothing they could do as the truck had sat on there lot with no issues. Needless to say it wasn't a pleasant experience. More
