When I brought car in one of the Service Writer said work order already set up. As we were talking Steve Boyd seen me come in and as I was working with Service Writer Steve went and brought out my rental car. Told me car would be done in 2 days. This was the only mistake he made it was actually done by the next day. Always been treated great by service people and salesman. I have to take my hat off for the true professional and totally caring person Steve Boyd was and is! Job well done!!!!!! More

Superior, beyond expectations I was way over due for an oil change. I went in at noon on a week day and said "I really need a service, can you get me in today?" Troubles My car has spent more time in the dealership than it has in my presence. Spending $800, having it for 10 days and then back with the same issues. I was charged AGAIN an additional amount. 4 hours after getting my car back the SAME issues came about and I was told I had no rental opportunity. The next day when it was "fixed" again i was charged $200 that I refused to pay! Guess what... Not even 24 hours later, my check engine light is on. Needless to say, I will be shoppin elsewhere and bringing my vehicle in for service elsewhere! More
