Jason showed us the car and immediately took care of our concern on a check engine light, by having the alternator checked and than having the battery changed. We had to wait for some time, but were able to meet a lot of the very friendly staff and enjoy their coffee. Would recommend this Dealership to anyone. After researching gmc dealerships from Iowa I had the pleasure of working with Ryan to purchase my 2014 gmc all terrain sierra at Luther Hudson gmc. After researching gmc dealerships from Iowa to Milwaukee to the Dakotas, I contacted several dealerships. Nearly all who I contacted tried to help me, but their "managers" were trying to nickle and dime me for a sale. I had several other dealerships inflate vehicle prices as well. Fortunately, I found Luther Hudson gmc. Luther did not do that to me, nor did they pull the "let me go and check with my manager" type of business multiple times during my inquiries. Ryan was straight up, honest, and always - yes, always - helpful to me. He is also a fun and friendly guy who made the entire process fun and easy. Luther (Hudson gmc) offered me the best price of any dealership within 300 miles. I cannot state enough about how satisfied we are about working with Ryan and Luther Hudson gmc. Recall Fix I recently had my 2014 Silverado serviced for a recall issue and oil change/tire rotation. Due to an issue with the recall, they were not able to com I recently had my 2014 Silverado serviced for a recall issue and oil change/tire rotation. Due to an issue with the recall, they were not able to complete the service that afternoon and I was given a loaner truck to use for two days because my work schedule wouldn't allow me to pick my truck up the next day. The service receptionist (Jamie) was very outgoing and was a great pleasure to work with. She answered or was able to direct my questions to the appropriate person due to the delay in getting my truck fixed and my work schedule not allowing me to come back the next day. There was no hassle with the loaner truck and the service manager (Steven) personally addressed my questions and concerns in regards to the recall issue and the delay in getting my truck fixed. He was willing to either stay late or come in early so that I could pick my truck up and work around my work schedule. I was totally impressed with the quality of service from this team and highly recommend them to anybody looking for top notch employees and service for their vehicle. More
