Help in an Emergency If you are going to break down on a cross country trip, you want to be near the people of Luther Hudson Chevrolet when you do. After being stranded e If you are going to break down on a cross country trip, you want to be near the people of Luther Hudson Chevrolet when you do. After being stranded early Sunday morning, I had a tow truck take my vehicle to the closest GM dealership, which was Luther Chevrolet. I was there when they opened up first thing Monday morning and explained my situation. Although they had a full schedule, they managed to get the vehicle in and diagnosed by 9:30 AM. I was convinced it was an expensive alternator problem but their tests showed simply a bad cell on the battery. They put in a new battery and ran all the tests again and assured me that I didn't need the much more expensive repair I thought I needed. By 11 AM Monday morning, I was back on the highway for the last 850 miles of my trip with a washed and running car. Thank you Luther Chevy for the rescue!!!! More

Big repair handled masterfully I was pretty worried about getting my timing belt changed, as my brother in law had given me a rough idea of what the cost would be.
