My engine was choking out when idling "stabilitrak" light would come on. I brought vehicle into Luther Hudson and Randy in the service department took care of me with the utmost customer "stabilitrak" light would come on. I was initially thinking it would just need a computer reset, new plug or something minor and I could be in/out of dealership within the hour. Turned out after diagnostics I had internal engine issues and I was going to be out of a car for a few days. The team took care of all repair items under 100k powertrain warranty and provided me with courtesy rental for 1 week while parts were ordered and then car was repaired. This experience with their service department will be the reason my next vehicle purchase will be at Luther Hudson. Great team! More
Saturday and I noticed a noise from my brakes in fact quite a strange noise twice, and have had this noise for quite some time, but today it was scary. She is always so professional/outgoing and eager to help figure out what is wrong with my car. I have been in numerous times (all issues due to wear and tear) and every time that I have been in to the service department she has exceeded my expectations in how helpful Luther Hudson can be. I will always make this dealership my number one stop for anything car related. That is in large because of Marti's customer service skills. I appreciate it tremendously! I needed to get my car in for immediate repairs. Luther Hudson Chevrolet took my car in right away and was back to me within an hour for an estimate and recommendations to fix the problem. By early the next morning they had my vehicle repaired. The service was fast and friendly. I would recommend them for any type of Service work for any type of vehicle. I was traveling back to my home in Madison, WI when my truck lost power and would only go about 25 mph. The added stress? I was pulling my horse trailer with two horses. The dealership, knowing I was "stuck," could have taken advantage of me since I was from out of town (and a woman!), but nothing could be further from the truth. Adam in the Service department listened to what I described happened. I was worried it was something expensive like the transmission. He reassured me they'd give it a thorough check. Turned out, it was "only" a clogged fuel filter! When I asked if the service area had REALLY checked everything out (the 4-W drive, the transmission, etc.), Adam assured me they had -- and again, they could have found "unnecessary" things, knowing I was stuck, but they absolutely did not, nor did they treat me in a patronizing way. Even the person taking my payment, the guy who brought my truck around for me when it was finished, and the sales staff were pleasant, friendly and welcoming. If I lived in the Twin Cities area, I would absolutely go to Luther Chevrolet to buy my next diesel truck -- or car. Hmmm, maybe I will anyway! :-) More
