My lease was only a year old from this dealership when in this horrible icy winter we have had, I had an accident which totaled out my little Soul. I had worked with John and Eric on my lease before and I w this horrible icy winter we have had, I had an accident which totaled out my little Soul. I had worked with John and Eric on my lease before and I wanted them once again to help put me back in the same car. And they did, in less than a couple of days from my call to them. It was seamless, no hassle and I am back in the car that kept me safe. Plus, these guys make me laugh, so the stress of the week was gone. Everything about the dealership was great. I had called ahead to make sure the vehicle was still available and the same rep called me back in less than 5 mins. When I got there it took a little bit to fin ahead to make sure the vehicle was still available and the same rep called me back in less than 5 mins. When I got there it took a little bit to find him but after that everything was great. We were able to get everything set and started on financing in a short amount of time. It took about an hour to get to a finance rep but once we did, it went very smoothly and everyone was very friendly and considerate. More
I think I met Jeff maybe 6 or 7 years ago. Just prior to meeting Jeff, I had visited a Honda dealership and my experience there was -I'll just say, the sales staff made me feel uncomfortable. So, I moved o meeting Jeff, I had visited a Honda dealership and my experience there was -I'll just say, the sales staff made me feel uncomfortable. So, I moved on to Nissan and met Jeff. He was amazingly professional and compassionate towards me and my situation. He was determined to help me, and he did. I "purchased" my first KIA at Luther Kia. Three years later, I came back and requested that Jeff help me again to lease my first Nissan. Again, Jeff was professional, friendly, informative, patient, and polite, which is why..... three years later, I chose to work with Jeff a third time to "lease" my second Nissan. Besides the cars being great, Jeff is the biggest reason that I keep doing business with Luther Kia. More

My car was returned dirty, dirty hand prints all over my dashboard, pieces of rubber all over from having my windshield replaced..I thought I'de give them the benefit of the doubt but this last visit was ve dashboard, pieces of rubber all over from having my windshield replaced..I thought I'de give them the benefit of the doubt but this last visit was very frustrating. I had sat waiting for my tire pressure monitor to be fixed for 2 hours. Paid $270, left the dealerships got all the way home and the tire pressure signal came on again, I called and let them know they told me to come back, so I drove all the way back to the dealership and the mechanic told me he had forgotten to scan the monitors which is why the signal has came back on. All I had Received was a "no big deal, sorry" after paying $270, getting the run around, I spent my entire day off either sitting at the dealership to give them another try to fix what should have already been fixed and told "no big deal, sorry" WOW...I definitely will be taking my car and business elsewhere because quite frankly I don't have the time to be treated like my time, money, and condition of my car is of no value. More
