I have had nothing but positive experiences with the service department. Recently I had a flat tire which was damaged beyond repair and realized that I needed to replace at least 2 of my 4 tires, which were three years old and in relatively good shape. I called the dealership and was given excellent advice from Nate in the parts department, who advised me that I should purchase the same brand but did not need to replace all four tires. I got in the next day and was greeted by Adam with a smile and handshake. I returned later to pick up a freshly washed vehicle with matching new tires on the front wheels, all at a price less than I was quoted by a "discount tire dealer". I am very pleased and would highly recommend Luther Nissan! More

AWESOME Service at Luther!! Awesome! Awesome! Awesome! I can't express enough how AWESOME the service is at Luther Nissan Kia! I have had two (new) Nissan Rouges. Both transmissions went out - therefore I can't express enough how AWESOME the service is at Luther Nissan Kia! I have had two (new) Nissan Rouges. Both transmissions went out - therefore towing and service needed. I find it stressful when my vehicle breaks down. But Luther service was so great to work with. The service guys kept me informed. I needed a loaner car - the process was seamless. I just picked up my Rouge from service (bush-stabilizer) and the pick-up was literally minutes! All covered under warrenty; loaner car was great; a "runner" pulled my car up the the front door. Keep up the great work Luther!! More

A couple of minutes later I actually had to go ask for service while all service rep just sitting or standing there. Not one word saying "WE'LL BE RIGHT WITH YOU SOON". That would of made the five star. I have come here many times expecting customer service to change and actually serve us and make us comfortable. NOPE. If there were -5 star I would have chosen that. I won't be coming there anytime soon and definitely spreading the word to go somewhere else other than Luther Nissan in Inver Grove Heights. More
