Once the proper parts were ordered, the service was fine. I needed to get the door handle replaced on my Altima. I was assessed a $70 diagnostic fee, the part was ordered and I was given a rough estimate (the I needed to get the door handle replaced on my Altima. I was assessed a $70 diagnostic fee, the part was ordered and I was given a rough estimate (they did not know if the part needed to be painted, if so add another $80) and was told I'd get a call once the part arrived. A week later I the part had arrived and I made an appointment for the following week. I dropped my car off and about 35 minutes later I was told that the parts they ordered were incomplete. Unacceptable. One would assume that the parts would be verified before a call was made. So I was told that I would get a call when the complete part had arrived. Received a call the next day and made an appointment for the next afternoon to finally get my door fixed. After letting my displeasure with the service department known, they agreed to waive the $70 diagnostic fee. Did the work get done? Yes. Will I return to this location for service again? No. I missed two afternoons of work because they couldn't get their parts department in order. More

Both times I have been able to drive to the dealership and have them fit me in. This past Tuesday I got one of the late night appointments to have my transmission flushed. I was told it would only take an hour. It was almost an hour to the minute. I am always treated with the utmost courtesy. All my repairs have been top notch. Never a need for a return visit to get something redone. And I have never expereinced what some people say you get from a dealership... overselling of service. I have never been told. "oh you need to have these other 5 things done because we found them while looking at your verhicle. They are very honest. If they tell you something is needed or will be soon it definatlely is. I like having the opportunity of late night service times when the time quoted is what it takes. I also have had very good response dropping my vehicle off for the day. And they always follow up right after to make sure your issues were addressed and taken care of to your satisfaction. More

Best Automobile Business! My very first time I went to Luther Nissan was when I thought and afraid I was having problems with my transmission. I called them and they had me in My very first time I went to Luther Nissan was when I thought and afraid I was having problems with my transmission. I called them and they had me in right away to assure me that it was just a computer glitch. Everyone was so pleasant, helpful, and professional when I first saw them. When I was in a week later for routine maintenance, they knew me by name! They also caught things that my last maintenance shop didn't see/look at, and I didn't feel like they were just trying to get as much money as they could out of me. Best customer service I have ever experienced with car dealerships and repair shops! I will now only go to them for something as simple as an oil change just because how fair and pleasant they treated me. I recommend them to anyone! More
