I was in an hour within the hour that the service rep estimated. That in my opinion was great I hate being told about one hour and I'm still waiting two hours later. I came in for an oil change. Everybody was super-friendly. I was told the car would be ready in about 45 minutes, but it was 30 minutes at the most. My car was washed and vacuumed.
