The employees were friendly. They even bought my car back inside so that I wouldn’t have to get my 2 young kids in the car in the rain. Loaner representative was amazing and went she above expectations, listened to concerns, and made me feel validated. Getting a loaner as well as the service staff were great though. :) My best advice would be to not purchase a vehicle and take it off of the lot unless/until all repairs are completed. More

2nd visit. I show up 5 hr hours after they said 1 1)2 hour job and my car was just hoisted up!
