Battery replacement My battery was weak when starting so I drove over to Premier to have it checked. They checked it for me and affirmed the fact that it was weak. Our salesperson (Kelsey) was very nice and quite knowledgable about the entire Mazda fleet of vehicles. Once we were ready to talk price, their first offer was quite fair and didn't have a bunch of the hidden fees that you'll see at other places. Jim also introduced himself and his experience with Mazda goes back 20 plus years, which did sway our decision towards this Mazda as well as this specific dealership. In the finance area, Mike was very helpful - got us in and out of there; answered all of our questions; and didn't try to up-sell items that we didn't need. More
