Constant calls trying to sell We went to this dealership to get pricing on a CX-5. While our experience at the dealership was fine, it was the calls afterward that were annoying. They somehow would use a program that would show the number calling to be one that matched my area code, which was not from anywhere around here. Same thing when they called my wife who had an area code from NJ. It is a sleazy way of getting people to answer the phone from unknown numbers by making it seem like it is from your home town. Would not go back here. Ended up getting a car from Overland Park Mazda. More

Amazing Price and Service I traveled from Nashville, TN to Premier Mazda in Kansas City, MO to buy the Mazda I was interested in. Jake was an amazing salesperson. We were able I traveled from Nashville, TN to Premier Mazda in Kansas City, MO to buy the Mazda I was interested in. Jake was an amazing salesperson. We were able to work a deal through email and the phone that was better than any deal I could get locally. In fact I saved 10 times more money than the cost of a plane ticket to fly to Kansas City to purchase a car. Jake even picked me up from the airport and drove me to the dealership. I was worried about traveling so far to purchase a car but, Jake made it totally worth the time. I couldn't be happier. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had. More
I was new to town and a friend told me this is where he takes his Mazda. I'm glad he did. I have never had better service than what I have received from Rob Sights Mazda(formerly Bob Sights). Any time they have noticed something that I might want to take care of, they would come to me and tell me what the problem is. They then go into detail on the options I have to fix it and how much each option would cost. They never do anything with out asking you first. They treat you with the up-most respect and go out of their way with customer service. One time I went for service and they took me to a close grocery store so I could do my grocery shopping while they worked on my car. They picked me up within a 5 minutes of me calling them to pick me up, helped me load my grocries in the car. I now drive 30-45 minutes depending on the traffic to go here when there is a Mazda dealership just 5 minutes away from my house. As long as I live in KC I will never go anywhere else. More
I have Mazda 6 and CX 7. Spending long time found two big Mazda dealer which can't satisfy their customers also mess up their customer cars. Good news, Finally, I found out that Rob Sight or formally, Bob Mazda dealer which can't satisfy their customers also mess up their customer cars. Good news, Finally, I found out that Rob Sight or formally, Bob Sight doing the best job compare with two of those dump dealership. Rob Sight not only satisfy their customers also I can swear that Rob Sight have the BEST ATTITUDE, TECHNICIAN and MECHANIC toward their customers. Keep it up Rob Sight.
