Pleased and surprised I took my car into the shop due to a couple of issues I had with the car. Using my experience from a previously owned car I suspected a particular me I took my car into the shop due to a couple of issues I had with the car. Using my experience from a previously owned car I suspected a particular mechanical failure. The car was left at the shop for evaluation. The technician could not replicate what I had described as the problem. As a result I needed to leave the car there for a thorough inspection the following day. In the meantime I had been given a very nice, very comparable loaner. I received a message to call them back the next day. I was prepared for a report of an expensive repair. To my surprise I was told that they again could not replicate the described problem and that the inspection turned up no issues. I was very pleased. Not only because they could not find any problem but that they told me the truth. This is not an indictment against any other shop, but rather an endorsement of Premier’s honesty More

On top of that he genuinely cares about any concerns I have. I also love the loaner cars so I don’t have to wait. Kelly is also a great asset to this dealership. Even though I unfortunately did not purchase my Mazda from her she knows me by name and says hi every time I’m in for service. I know I will be sending my family members to her when they are ready for a new car. More

dipping a toe I was considering my first Mazda purchase. Although researching a used one, I went to the Service desk and spoke with the Service Manager. I asked for I was considering my first Mazda purchase. Although researching a used one, I went to the Service desk and spoke with the Service Manager. I asked for his opinion regarding the model I was considering. I observed how customers and sevice personnel were interacting. Having been in the dealer business many years ago, I was impressed. They were considerate and patient, not pushy. I bought the used Mazda 3 and went to the parts department and bought a rear window wiper. The parts man Jake was very helpful for even this small purchase. He even got a tech to come outside and show us how to install it. I have now taken the next step into the experience of Premier Mazda by taking my car for its first oil and filter change. Lisa received my drive up and went over any questions I had and was responsive to them. It was completed in short order and came with a substantial disgnostic report. Lisa went over it with me and it appeared in the lane with a car wash! I now feel I have found a trusted place to take the Mazda as I am moving to Missouri. Highly recomment this group to every Mazda owner. More
