"There is nothing we can do!" Had to take in my newly purchased preowned BMW X5 to be inspected as we immediately noticed a slight oil leak. The Service Department was friendly an Had to take in my newly purchased preowned BMW X5 to be inspected as we immediately noticed a slight oil leak. The Service Department was friendly and great, but when I had to speak to the original sales people, things changed. We had possession of the car for only 4 weeks, little driving and only one fuel purchase. The inspection showed it needed a new oil pan gasket that they are unwilling to fix for us. We are adamant that they new of the leak, but did not disclose it at time of sale. We wanted to take it to KC AutoSport in Kansas for inspection before our purchase, but they threw in a 3 month warranty to save us time and money. Long story short...the only thing they said and repeated over and over was that "there is nothing we can do"...meaning there is nothing they will do. That was unacceptable! The Financial Manager was extremely rude the entire time. I asked for the GM's name and number and he refused to give it to me. He said that was private information. His name is Tim Smith and I had to ask for it over and over. . Still waiting for a follow up call. They hid the disclaimer of the oil leak, showed an unprofessional and rude attitude. They got the car sold...end of their responsibility apparently...No customer care! More
No integrity whatsoever...Bypass this dealer Purchased a pre-owned late model BMW X5...with a 3 month warranty covering engine, transmission and any parts involved in moving vehicle....1 week aft Purchased a pre-owned late model BMW X5...with a 3 month warranty covering engine, transmission and any parts involved in moving vehicle....1 week after purchase we notice oil leaking...sales guy and finance guy claim immunity even though the purchase included the warranty...then they won't let us talk to the GM sitting in the office next door. Blocking the customer from talking to the decision maker?!?! Steer clear from this dealership, no integrity whatsoever. More
