Friendly and trustworthy I used to frequent a service shop up the street from Premier, but always had an uneasy feeling that they were 'playing' me (perhaps because I'm a woma I used to frequent a service shop up the street from Premier, but always had an uneasy feeling that they were 'playing' me (perhaps because I'm a woman) when it came to recommending services. With Premier Mazda, my impression is that they are honest and recommend only those maintenance services or repairs that are truly needed. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming, and this past Saturday I was happy to be invited to partake of the grilled burgers and snacks they put out for staff and customers. A truly nice touch! I explained that I wanted exactly what I speced, no more no less. They immediately found one not too far away and arranged for it to get to Premier. In the meantime I drove a similarly equipped MX5 and both my wife and I loved it and it was a done deal. Everyone I was in contact with was very polite, friendly and most important was professional and had In depth knowledge of the workings of the car. The only comparable experience I have had purchasing a car was with Aristocrat Mercedes Benz. At 73 I have purchased a large number of cars. I would recommend Premier to any one. More
