We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at th stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future. More

I am only giving 4 stars on this. I has nothing to do with the Salesperson Jason, he was a great person to work with. Before I bought the vehicle, some repairs were going to be done b I has nothing to do with the Salesperson Jason, he was a great person to work with. Before I bought the vehicle, some repairs were going to be done before I went ahead and bought the vehicle. After the repairs were done, I went back to this dealership, check out the vehicle and purchased it. A few days ago, I wanted to check the air filter and make sure it was good and actually had been replaced. To My surprise when I opened the air cleaner box, there was a dead mouse, leaves and some kind of seeds left in there. To me, this is crap work and I feel like the tech who replaced the filter should have spent the extra few minutes and cleaned this out. I know for a fact that there had been mice living under the hood of the vehicle at one time because I found some mouse nest fibers in the one of the holes in the hood and I can smell mouse urine in the hood area. Point being this mouse had to have been from when there was mice under the hood of this vehicle. More
