We worked with Ben on our vehicle purchase in June of 2025. During the process, we told Ben we were also considering other dealerships. Unfortunately, that turned out not to be the case. Just six weeks after the purchase, the vehicle suffered a major transmission failure. When we reached out to Ben for support, we were told that the vehicle was sold as-is and that Luther would not offer any assistance—completely contradicting what was said before the sale. In hindsight, it feels like Ben was willing to say whatever was necessary to close the deal. This experience has left us feeling misled and unsupported. I would not recommend this dealership. They do not stand behind their vehicles, and once the sale is made, they no longer seem to care about you as a customer. More

We had a complex car purchase and Luther Used Car Company stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at th stood by their word that they thoroughly make sure that they are doing their best to sell decent used cars. We were excited to find a Honda CRV at this dealership. However, just a month after we purchased the car every dashboard light came on and the engine failed, which was very expensive. When we took it back to the dealership, they paid to put in a new used engine. While doing so, they also fixed other issues they found in the process. They said that they wanted to make sure we knew that they wouldn't knowingly sell us a bad car and although that unfortunately happened, they did make it right. We are very thankful that we chose to buy our used car at Luther Used Car Company and we hope to honor them with business in the future. More
