My sales woman was amazing. Love her!!! However. The back office staff was deplorable. They can’t even figure out how to order Critical Habitat plates with a car purchase t Love her!!! However. My sale was delayed a couple days “while they figured it out” then regular plates showed up. They made me go to the DMV on my own time to swap the plates and I’m waiting to see if I’ll get reimbursed the duplicate fees I had to pay for their mess up. While they could have handled it for me. But they refused. More
