10,000 Mile Service Scheduling the appointment was a nightmare. I received an automated call that stated I had an appointment scheduled that I had never actually schedule Scheduling the appointment was a nightmare. I received an automated call that stated I had an appointment scheduled that I had never actually scheduled. I called the service center and it took over a half hour of my time to get it corrected and make a simple 10,000 mile appointment. To say the least, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever dealt with. When I arrived for the appointment, I expressed concern over my coolant because it froze up during the deep freeze. When I picked my car up, there was no special comments on the coolant other than it checked out to the correct level. I am unsure if that concern, freezing at low temperatures, was even checked. Additionally, when I have had service at Westside before, my car has been washed but was not done so during this visit. More
