I've had my routine maintenance done at Valvoline and other service providers. I had a few recalls and needed my tires rotated, 30k milage routine maintenace and an oil change. The crew I worked with was able to answer all of my questions with accuracy, alerted me with changes, and made detialed notes of what exactly was performed on my vehicle when I picked it up late. I will recommend anyone service their vehilces at Luther Weside - you always get what you pay for. More

The problem had been diagnosed by an independent mechanic who sent me to Westside for the repair after finding out that it would be covered by the warranty extension. I'm satisfied with the repair service, but I needed to leave voicemail three times before the service consultant (Dillon Case) returned my call to schedule the repair. Once the car was at Westside there was also some confusion about whether the repair would be covered by the warranty extension. My daughter who brought the car in was given a cost estimate of over 400.00 with no assurance that most of that cost was covered by the warranty. Bottom line - scheduling the repair was easy once I was able to speak to Dillon and the repair was fine. More
Service was fine but ended up with dead battery one week lat Got my regular service and everything went well. In my overview sheet it had the "good" green checkbox checked for the battery performance. One week l Got my regular service and everything went well. I had to replace it thanks to VW not finding this first. More

Mostly great experience Tao was great to work with! He was honest and trustworthy. He took the time to listen and answered all my questions. I don’t remember who the guy selling tires was but he was not as pleasant to work with. I felt like he was trying to meet a quota and was personable. Everyone in the waiting area could hear what he was saying. Overall, I will use this location for service appointments when convenient and would consider it for my next new purchase. More
find cause of noise in the front of the car they were great - took the time to identify the problem, and to fix it. They did a general check and also noted that the battery was getting older an they were great - took the time to identify the problem, and to fix it. I doubt that the battery would have held up to the weather we are now having, but due to their attention it is not a problem. More
