Never fixes issues in service department I have had SEVERAL poor experiences at this service department with the most recent one this month. There have been several instances where I’ve had t I have had SEVERAL poor experiences at this service department with the most recent one this month. There have been several instances where I’ve had to bring my car back for the same issue because it wasn’t fixed. I’ve also attempted to leave the parking lot on two different occasions just to find the problem wasn’t fixed and both times I never heard an apology, just reassurance that they thought they fixed it. In November I thought my car in for two issues. They found what was supposed to be a solution for both issues, however one was not resolved. They told me there resolution was never intended to fix it even though the notes indicated it was. When I brought it back in I had to leave work to come pinpoint the issues for them and when I get there they told me never mind they found it. Then I was called saying the issues was resolved and I drive off the parking lot just to turn around and go back because it wasn’t resolved. I’ve now been working on this issue for a month with no resolution and as my car currently sits in their service lot, I haven’t received communication the last two days on the status of my car. More

Dan was very pleasant and I asked about if there was a coupon for an oil change and he looked online for me but there wasnt. I couldn’t get my lights to go on properly inside the car and he set it up properly. I so appreciated that. Besides washing my car he drove it inside the garage so I could get in it from there.
