Usually 100% Satisfaction The sevice department at Westside VW is usually 100%, and far exceeds expectations. The last visit, not so much. One of the tire pressure monitoring v The sevice department at Westside VW is usually 100%, and far exceeds expectations. The last visit, not so much. One of the tire pressure monitoring valve stems developed a problem. In May 18", Westside inspected the part, & determined that the stem was stripped, but was able to R & R the valve stem. It began to lose pressure again in September. Made an appointment & asked the Service Writer to check w/ the extended Audi warranty to ensure it was covered. I specifically purchased the warranty ($2,800.00) , as the Tiguan was 7-years old - even though it had received excellent care. The decision of the Warranty company, was that the part was "too old, & corroded" to be covered. Really? So they would not cover the $300.00 repair. So, I spent this much money on an extended warranty, only to be told that a part is "too old" to be covered?? More
