was hearing metal vibration - they fixed it I dropped in mid morning to see if they could listen to a squeak / rattle / vibration. Lynn Grissom at the service desk said they would have a technician drive it and report back and that it would take about an hour. I made myself comfortable and productive in at a quiet workstation and the hour flew by. The technician took me for a ride to make sure they had fixed it. I'm very happy with the service, speed and professionalism of everyone I came in contact with. More

Great Service and Help I made an appointment because neither I or my husband could open the gas cover while we tried to fill up my tank. I had owned this car for about 1 mo I made an appointment because neither I or my husband could open the gas cover while we tried to fill up my tank. I had owned this car for about 1 month, and never had this happen before. We needed to pry it open to fill the tank. Then I made the appt to check this issue out. At my appt. I was helped by a very patient gentleman who explained to me that if the time between getting out of the car and filling the tank was a bit too long, it automatically locked the entire car including the gas cap. I had owned a 2013 Tiguan for several years, and this issue never happened, so it was new to me. He patiently showed me what to do, and even had me give it a try. Wow!! It opened without needing any repair work. In the mean time, I mentioned that the tire pressure light had just recently come on and were they able to put air into my tires. They immediately began to fill by tires and found that the light was actually on because I had a nail in one of my tires. So, the car was immediately taken to have that repaired. Super!!! More

I like to go to the dealership for serv My car is really important to me and I try to take the best care of it that I can for the cheapest that I can. I like to go to the dealership for service because I know they will take high quality care of my car. While they can be expensive, I don't think they are much more expensive than other places. For example, I've gotten info about how much an oil change would be for my car (which takes expensive oil) from other places, but I've found that it's actually cheaper at the dealership. They also have excellent customer service and I fully trust that they will give me accurate and high quality information about what my car actually needs vs what they recommend. The only thing I don't like about this dealership is that they both call and email me afterward about taking their survey every time I go. More
