Recall service on my 2015 VW Golf. Tao took care of my service on my car. He was courteous and made sure I knew what was entailed and how long I might need to wait. I appreciated his voicemail and text that let me know I could pick up the car. He also reminded me of my next oil change which should be in June or July. Not needed until then.
