After a failed attempt to repair the system by exchanging a valve that was suspected to have leaked, VW went all out, gave me a good rental car for free and checked out the system in depth over several day. After detecting and repairing a small leak in the compressor, my car was returned to me. Communication (text and brief phone calls) during the repair was very good. More

I received a standardized text after checking in suggesting to call 2hrs for a scheduled oil change??! The service rep (Ryan N.) was far from helpful. I received a standardized text after checking in suggesting to call or text with any questions while my vehicle was in service. I tried both, multiple times. No answer! My name was never called over the PA once it was complete (45min after the quoted end time). Once I got a chance to locate the service rep and get my paperwork, the service rep (Ryan) showed no interest or even offered to walk me thru the inspection checklist or ask if I had any questions. Further more, once he rushed off, I was left standing unsure where my car even was... not impressed! More
