Positive experience I brought my car in to get the battery replaced. They ran the diagnostic, confirmed it was the battery and put in a new battery. Service Department This was my first time at the service department with my new (2019 VW) due to a recall and some problems with ambient interior lighting. While I was impressed with the repair aspect (4 stars), I was very disappointed in the customer service I received from the service writing team and the way my car was left in a mess on the inside by the repair technician, hence the 2 star rating. Initially I was ensured that I would have no problem waiting for my vehicle and that it should not take more than 1 1/2 hours to do the work, it took almost 3 hours and not once did anyone follow up with me to let me know there was a delay or the status. When I finally went to find my service writer to ask how much longer he seemed irritated that I came and asked and said it would not be much longer. After another 45 minute wait I finally had my car but now they where unable to find my keys. More

fast and easy I did not give a 5 star because when I picked up my car the seat was not only pushed back so I could not reach the gas pedal, it was lowered as well. I do not understand why you have to totally destroy my seat position to drive it from the drop off to the garage. That has to be all of 100 ft. Now need to spend a couple of trips to find the right place again. More
